Human Resources Manager

Position Description:

Habari Node Limited, the leading ISP in Arusha seeks to employ a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER. Applicants must have at least 1 year on the job experience in Administration and Human resources from a recognized Company

Location: Arusha and all HNL operational areas

Age: Between 25 and 45 years

Remuneration:Attractive package dependent on qualifications and experience.

Summary:


To support in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies and procedures that effectively support the business.

Description:


To provide HR technical advice & support in the recruitment and selection;

Prepare, update and participate in making and renewal of company contracts
To participate in the effective implementation of succession planning activities such as assessment of potential staff etc;
To offer immediate HR support and advice to staff whenever it is required;
To participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures;
To effectively coordinate performance management activities within the company for achievement of set performance objectives, regular performance appraisals and Personal Development Plans for all staff;
To contribute to the analysis and implementation of training and development needs in line with the overall manpower development strategy;
To undertake job analysis and ensure availability of continuously updated IDs for all approved positions in the company.

Education:A Business Management degree e.g BBA, & BHRM from a reputable university is a MUST. MBA(HRM) ,MHRM is desirable ,Professional Management qualifications such as PHR,SPHR, GPHR are an added advantage
